How to surprise my boyfriend for his 18th birthday?

Question

Alright basically my boyfriend is gonna be 18 in a months time..
We both go to the same college & I want to do something based around college like during lunch time or something.. Obviously this is just in a college soo I want to make him proud in front of everyone meaning I want everyone in the college to see how happy he is..
Last year for my birthday him & a few friends made a plan which my cousin from outside college was there too.. I didn't know about this & their plan was my cousin calling me up saying theres people after her she needs my help she was at KFC soo I ran there to help her out I was in shock then all I see is everyone around the table waiting for me with a surprise.. It was really beautiful.. I want to do something like that too.. But I need something different soo he doesn't understand that I've planned something..
& I've bought him an FCUK watch.. It's not enough though I want to buy something else with it too..

well you could always take the things you buy him and put them in a box inside a box exc... and leave it outside his dorm? or make him a cute lunch in the courtyard or whatever you may call it. and tell all his friends to bring balloons and meet there at a very specific time so they all run over and suprise him? be creative do something that's kind of an inside joke between you too maybe? best of luck and happy birthday to your man!
