I need ideas for my sweet sixteen Party, have any?

Ok...I will turn 16 in September and I want to start planning my sweet sixteen now! My budget...like less than 200 dollars. I have no ideas, I have nothing. I would like to have a medium size party, maybe 15-25 people. Hopefully I will have a little one for my closest friends ( I only have like three), which will not cost much, maybe enough for a few pizzas! Do you have any ideas?

this might go over your budget but a "Mystery Train" ride (which we have in Washington state) is soooo fun. If that is not available, try just a day train ride, a costume party (pick out a theme and everyone dresses to it), a sweet 16 ball,

I'm sorry, i thought I would have better answers but I'm too old to remember what it feels like to be 16.

Throw a lingerie party - everyone has to show up in their underwear! It's novel, hip and the rage in several cities. Munchies, a couple of bowls of punch and really loud music. It will be a blast.
