a group of us (probably 4 or 5) are planning on a holiday next year before A level results come out - we will all be 18.

we were thinking ibiza, although its expensive think it will be worth it!
what are good places to stay in ibiza, for clubs and nightlife etc but also beaches. or does anyone have any other ideas of places to go? preferably bit more up market than magaluf :)

Go to Ibiza, but if your going to the big clubs dont me shocked if you go through the best part of £1000 in a week. I like to stay in san antonio as its near the west end and has the clubs Eden and Es Paradis located there. I would advise you to check out the zoo project as quite frankly it is awesome.

Consider Rhodes. Falaraki is the resort for nightlife and has a huge beach . Tsambiki beach is fabulous. The Greeks are honest and friendly. Go with Thomsons and you will be safe as the reps are always available in resort. The reps will meet you at the airport, put you on the right coach, help with car hire, offer island trips etc etc. When I was there the coach to take us to the airport, coming home, broke down. The rep arrived in a taxi and took us to the airport. That's the service that makes the holiday care free.

Don't go calling yourselves 'girls' because no one will take you seriously. 18 years old is adult age, meaning you'll be women. If you turn up screaming and being childish then you'll look like annoying tourists and won't get treated with respect.

I suggest a travel guide. All the places in it will be legit and SAFE.

And don't let the excitement of the holiday affect how you perform in your exams, otherwise you'll come back from a nice holiday and shortly be in tears.

Forget those places like magaluf and Ibiza, head to Croatia before it becomes like these places. It seriously rocks and its cheaper.
